Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Rugby Tactics Pro keeps so coaches can run sessions and so paid plans can work through Paddle.

1. Who handles your data

We run the app at rugbytacticspro.com. Hosting, login and the live database use Google Firebase. Paid checkouts are handled by Paddle (merchant of record). Paddle has its own privacy policy for the payment.

2. What we collect

Coach accounts: email, password (stored by Firebase Auth), display name, language, plan status. Team data: team names, badges you upload, plays, board positions, live room members. Players in a room may give a name and jersey number without creating an account. We also store technical logs needed to fix errors.

3. Why we use it

To create your account, save your library, run live rooms, send the verification email, apply your plan, and keep the product secure. We do not sell your plays or your email list.

4. Cookies

We use essential storage only for now: language choice, cookie notice, coach how-to tips, and Firebase sign-in. We do not run advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, this section will be updated and the banner will say so.

5. Sharing

We share data with Firebase/Google to run the app, with Paddle if you buy a plan, and with people you invite (players in a room, share-play viewers, club coaches you license). We may share if the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep account and library data while the account is open. If you ask us to delete the account, we remove or anonymise it within a reasonable time, except records we must keep for tax or security.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your coach data, or to export what we can reasonably export. Email contact@rugbytacticspro.com. If you are in the EEA/UK, you may also have rights under GDPR; Paddle is the seller for paid checkouts.

8. Children

The product is aimed at coaches and clubs. Players joining a room should only do so with their coach. We do not knowingly sell plans to children.

9. Changes
