Terms of Service

These terms explain how you may use Rugby Tactics Pro on rugbytacticspro.com. Paid plans are sold by Paddle as merchant of record.

1. The service

Rugby Tactics Pro is a web app for rugby coaches and clubs: Creation mode, play library, Live room, Smart Gamepad, share links, and Club Premium tools for a Director of Rugby. Single Team is free. Ultimate Coach and Club Premium are paid.

2. Accounts

Coaches sign up with email and password. New coach accounts must verify email before using the dashboard. You must be old enough to agree to a contract. Players can join a live room with a PIN or QR without creating an account.

3. Your content

You keep the rights to the plays and team data you create. You give us permission to store them and show them to people you invite (live room, share links, Club ADN copies) so the product can work. Do not upload anything illegal or that you do not have the right to use.

4. Plans, payments, trial and refunds

When checkout is live, paid subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd (and its affiliates) as merchant of record. You pay Paddle. Paddle’s checkout terms apply to the purchase. We do not store your full card number. Paddle pays us later; we invoice Paddle (Argentina export invoice / Factura E when applicable).

Ultimate Coach includes a 10-day free trial. If you do not cancel, billing starts on day 11. Club Premium (Squad and Full Club) has no trial and is billed from day 1. Cancel through the Paddle customer portal once it is available. During the Ultimate trial, cancel and you are not charged. After a paid charge, you may request a refund within 30 days. Refunds are processed by Paddle as merchant of record, under Paddle’s buyer terms and the consumer law that applies. Email contact@rugbytacticspro.com and we will help.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attack the service, try to access other people’s teams, spam rooms, or use the product to harm others. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service running. Live rooms need an internet connection. We do not promise zero downtime.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is, as far as the law allows. We are not liable for lost plays due to network issues or for coaching decisions you make using the board. If we are liable, the cap is the amount you paid us for the service in the previous 12 months (or a small amount required by law if you paid nothing).

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, except that the purchase contract for paid plans is also governed by Paddle’s buyer terms. If a court says one part is invalid, the rest still applies.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. If a change is important, we will note it on the site. Questions: contact@rugbytacticspro.com.
